We welcome new and experienced riders from Hershey and nearby school districts. Students learn bike skills, spend time outdoors and support one another.

Coaches guide riders through bike handling, basic maintenance and trail riding. Students practice in groups suited to their abilities and work toward personal goals. Racing is available for those who want to try it, but it is never required.

Our story
Hershey Composite Mountain Bike Club was founded, bringing students from multiple school districts together to ride.
The club expanded into Hershey Mountain Bike Team and Dauphin Composite Mountain Bike Team, while continuing to practice and ride together.
There are no tryouts. Every rider gets to participate and learn.
Riders set their own goals. Learning a new skill and gaining confidence are achievements worth celebrating.
Look after teammates, be considerate of other trail users and help care for the places we ride.
Make friends, develop healthy habits and discover a sport to enjoy beyond the season.
We participate in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League, part of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association. Dauphin County Youth Cycling Development supports our work to get more kids on bikes.
